Hi, my name is Anne. This website is dedicated to my passions and projects.
As an anthropologist, I am interested in societal issues and broad concepts like community, sustainability,culture, nature, equality, and equity. It fascinates me how such abstract concepts and people’s interpretation of them have such concrete consequences. I love discovering how different groups and individuals navigate such issues. Above all, I would love to be able to contribute to establishing ties between different groups and individuals through creative projects. I have been lucky enough to go down this path in my research project within my MSc Visual Ethnography, my video project with Naturalis and Gemeente Dordrecht, my tasks within Natuur en Milieufederatie Utrecht, my tasks at Duurzaam Dichtbij, and through my YouTube channel. I would love nothing more than to be able to continue this in my future!
